perpetuo stands for the support of entrepreneurial transformations of all kinds in leading positions. From the (digital) transformation of individual business areas to the development of new business models and the (digital) transformation of companies along the entire value chain.
In (almost) every company, entrepreneurial starting points for optimization can be found. Even before the coronavirus pandemic, a lack of innovative strength to adapt to changing customer requirements, among other things, triggered massive investment backlogs at a large number of companies, which have been exponentially exacerbated by the pandemic. Even if the above-mentioned transformational measures are absolutely essential for the sustainable business success of companies, it can already be seen in the market that most companies are already at a much later stage of the crisis or are heading towards it. As a result, the first step for many companies will be to focus on saving their existence with the help of restructuring and reorganization tools (metaphorically speaking: “immediate life-saving measures at the scene of the accident”), before sustainable, entrepreneurial transitions can then begin (metaphorically speaking: “rehabilitation”).
This is one of the reasons why perpetuo opened up the strategic field of turnaround management last year, thereby expanding its range of entrepreneurial services for clients. Ralf Venema, one of the leading experts for turnarounds in the manufacturing SME sector with a focus on industries such as automotive suppliers, metal and plastics processing, has been recruited and is responsible for developing this area and is already managing the first mandates.
For my personal development and strategic expansion in this growth area, I successfully completed the certified restructuring and reorganization consultant course at the IfUS Institute for Corporate Restructuring at the SRH University of Applied Sciences in Heidelberg under the direction of Prof. Dr. Henning Werner. This outstanding certification, which was spread over a large number of full-day courses over several months, is not a superficial crash course, but a very in-depth, practice-oriented course with leading experts from the business world as lecturers.
Despite the coronavirus pandemic, the event also facilitated great, targeted networking within the entire industry, resulting in a large number of exciting contacts.
The direct application in our new Turnaround Management division is a given and, from perpetuo’s point of view, a promising new growth channel for the future that ideally complements perpetuo’s entire corporate service portfolio.
No matter what entrepreneurial challenges you are currently facing – the entrepreneurs at perpetuo will be happy to examine your individual situation and support you with tried-and-tested measures.
